Marketing & Administrative Associate

As a Marketing & Administrative Associate, you’ll take on a blend of administrative duties and assist in developing key marketing initiatives, playing a vital role in keeping operations smooth and helping us move efficiently toward our goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Identify and lead social media and prospecting initiatives and campaigns 
  2. Provide personal assistant support to team members, managing schedules and appointments efficiently.
  3. Manage calendars, coordinating and prepping the team for meetings and events while optimizing time management for all participants, and document meeting outcomes
  4. Track and monitor client engagement, time spent, and conduct hourly rate/profitability analyses 
  5. Assist in the implementation of the compliance manual 
  6. CRM maintenance – Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  7. Initiatives tracking – lead the development of yearly initiatives and track the teams KPI’s & progress throughout the year. Assist with special projects, such as – ordering holiday gifts, external and internal compliance distribution, CRM improvements, developing and improving processes, etc. 
  8. Community engagement & Event Planning – identify and pursue community outreach opportunities

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in an administrative role or as an administrative clerk is preferred.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accurately and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Proficiency in Google Workspace, required. tech savvy individual, and familiarity with project management tools, social media, and customer relationship management software, such as WealthBox, preferred. 
  4. Ability to work independently (take on projects from start to finish) and collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
